The project site is in the commercial and tourist area near the Tokyo Tower, the Imperial Garden, and Zoujouji temple. The design was inspired by the historical setting and the refined elegance of MIYABI, a Japanese aesthetic ideal. Traditional Japanese elements such as origami, the contrast of shadows, urushi painting, and gold leaves were incorporated into a modern design language. The exclusive workspaces have a contemporary yet traditional feel, reflecting respect for the local culture.
