The Ideas Fund brand is designed to challenge preconceptions around both mental health and the process of medical research. It supports the fund’s aims to address the problem of public engagement in medical research around mental health. It benefits users by helping them think about, develop, and test new ideas related to areas of mental wellbeing that are relevant to them. The brand design gives a novel focus on the possibilities of public engagement with science and strives to give scientific research a human face, a huge positive in a period when mental health will is increasingly the focus of research.
