Washer and dryer UX
The Intelligent UX series maximizes user convenience by reducing time spent on operating the device and minimizing physical work. Global consumers, most of whom live in apartment complexes, prefer a stack washer and dryer due to space constraints. These stacked units are almost two meters in height, making it difficult to use the top dryer without a stepstool. To resolve this problem, the designers applied an all-in-one control UX to the lower wash machine panel so that users could more easily operate the dryer and check its status.
