This is a project to rebuild the head office of a general packaging manufacturer. The owner decided to demolish the building, which had been repeatedly built over the past 50 years, to make way for a new head office, with the intention of continuing business at the site where the company was founded. In an environment with a high density of detached houses and condominiums, the volume was divided to harmonise with the scale of the surrounding area to reduce the feeling of oppression, and the privacy-conscious opening details and inner terrace created an open working environment while taking the neighbourhood into consideration.
