The Sanctuary of Flowing Knowledge

Library

This project is located in Qishan, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, an area abundant in bananas and rich in natural beauty. It is a remote rural area with a diverse community of residents. The goal is to promote a culture of reading and facilitate communication between different cultures. The concept of a knowledge-bearing river, integrated with carefully chosen materials and color schemes, not only pays homage to local highlights but also ensures ample book storage and seating. Make the space not only an environment for children to learn and play but also a venue for various recreational activities.
