Chinese cooking philosophy looks at food as integral to health, and traditional cooking techniques developed around this concept. The Stone series of pots brings this culture of health to life. The series features three ceramic vessels based on traditional pots but rethought for modern times. The traditional medicinal pot is now redesigned for soup where the lid doubles as a bowl. The open-fire rice pot includes a stainless-steel steamer and makes uniquely flavored rice but can also be used with the stew pot to replicate the traditional “stewing out of water” technique for a flavorful and nutritious meal.
