Theatrical Design for Musical Death Note

Musical Set, Video and Lighting Design

How can a drama of rapid transitions, tense music, and surreal imagery be realized within the physical limits of a stage? This project answers by transforming the stage into an immersive media structure of 1,380 LED panels across the ceiling, wall, and floor. Within this space, set, video, lighting, music, and performance operate through a unified cue system that precisely coordinates each scene and emotional shift. This LED structure enables flexible scene shifts by replacing visual content, reducing set production and waste for a sustainable stage. It presents a new stage language that deepens the audience's immersion in drama and music.
