THEIA - fNIR Device
Medical Device
Newmanbrain
Diseases linked to cognitive impairment or other types of brain dysfunction are currently a field of major interest. In this context, the THEIA device represents a revolution in applied neuroscience. THEIA selectively detects changes in brain activity that signal the onset of mild cognitive impairment as an objective and quantifiable, very early expression of Alzheimer's disease and other neurological pathologies, such as attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder in children. It thus becomes an essential tool for the diagnosis of these pathologies, presumably extensible to many other psychiatric and neurological disorders.
