Three-color concept for Porsche 919 Hybrid in Le Mans

Corporate Design

Porsche AG

The three-color concept creates a visual link between the past, present and future. The red Porsche pays homage to the 917 KH, the carmaker’s first overall winner at Le Mans in 1970. The black Porsche commemorates the legendary 918 Spyder production car. White is the color that Porsche chose to return to high-performance sport after a 16-year absence and represents the brand’s vision of the future. Motorsports and "Porsche Intelligent Performance" make up the DNA of the sports car brand. While the wordmark itself is only visible from above, even the smallest fragments of the distinctive lettering reflect the identity of the brand.
