The project shakes off the sole selling function of most real estate sales centers, but also manages to showcase the lifestyle solutions of the residential community to visitors and potential buyers. Smile-like curves throughout the interior space are a continuation and extension of the curved lines on architectural facades. Varied arcs and arched forms run through the ceiling, walls, door frames, windows, furniture, and even lighting fixtures, which create an impressive spatial atmosphere.
