Residential high-rise building in Berlin

The TLW in Berlin-Gropiusstadt is an outstanding example of urban redensification, here on the site of a former parking garage. It is the first cooperative, 20-storey high-rise residential building in Berlin for four decades. The additional meeting spaces, such as a communal kitchen, restaurant, café and new playground for young and old, will also strengthen the existing neighborhood. The aluminum façades are structured by light and dark elements and strengthened in their individual proportions.
