Located in the exclusive Fazenda da Grama, this sophisticated family residence combines functionality, warmth, and refinement. With an open-plan layout connecting living room, TV lounge, gourmet area, and bar, the project is designed for gathering friends and family. Premium materials like Moledo stone, Guatemalan green marble, and European oak create an organic transition between interior and landscape.
