TMC3 Collaborative Building

Life Science

Texas Medical Center (TMC) wanted to create more commercial alliances for today’s translational life science. Partnering with the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Texas A&M University Health, and the University of Texas Health, TMC led the creation of TMC³ Helix Park, a new biomedical research and translational science campus that will be home to biopharmaceuticals, big data, venture capital, startups, incubators, and accelerators. The TMC3 Collaborative Building is the first building on the campus and the physical manifestation of the synergies among academic institutions and industry partners that produce life-saving innovations and therapies.
