The challenge was to power a local icon on its way to jumping borders and becoming a billion-dollar brand, without losing its charisma and fierce local love. To keep the brand authentic it had to be able to engage locally with culture and be globally recognizable, so we crafted a flexible, context-based visual system & refreshed the brand’s core assets to maximize its iconicity potential. New contextual assets were added to enhance storytelling. Topo Playgrounds, a bespoke Asset Management strategy was created, unique for the category, where context define the role of the brand assets creating a safe, fertile playground for creativity.
