TOYOTA Commemorative MuseumInformation unread is information unlearned. We chose a revolutionary new way of delivering information that provides intuitive understanding and is like a film or a novel. The unique exhibits use theatrical techniques and manga to show Toyota’s rise from zero to automobile giant. Part of the original factory was reused, with life-sized recreations of symbolic scenes used along with manga, artifacts and photos to create a bold space that combined entertainment with symbolism. As a result, visitor numbers climbed by 100,000 from last year, reaching a record 400,000.
