Traces of Eternity: A Century of Light and Shadow
Art Exhibition
Cultural Affairs Bureau of Hsinchu City
Built in 1925, the Hsinchu Art Gallery originally served as the Hsinchu City Hall. The exhibition, titled “Eternal Traces of Architecture: A Century of Light and Shadow,” explores the building’s historical and cultural connections and their reinterpretation across time. More than merely an exhibition, it is a dialogue among architecture, historical archives, art, and philosophy. Viewed through the dual lenses of history and the present, the exhibition reexamines architecture as a vessel of time and memory.
