Apartment design

Design Apartment

In this project, we attempt to find new spirit in an old architecture. Through the historical changes an old cotton weave factory transformed into a showroom for furniture display. The grille staggered facade strengthens the building’s entrance, with dramatic changes in light and shadow, a spatial capacity is measured visually. Suspended lighting fixtures and partitions in various heights subtly deconstruct the space regions for display. By confronting an old building, we learn a way to deal with life. As the time left its traces, paralleled with the natural order, the historical building was left empty. It’s the best show by itself.
