Our design focuses on the initial weeks of elders transitioning into Sindora Living, a facility committed to senior care and engagement. Rooted in a human-centric co-creation process, we address emotional and functional needs at every journey phase, and coherently integrate spatial, product, and digital experiences into our service design. The holistic strategy eases the move-in process, fostering connection, establishing well-being goals, and infusing empowerment and celebration into this transitional journey. Our commitment to sustainable design completes the vision, making the transition a holistic solution for seniors, families and staff.
