This WeChat mini-program provides challenges and incentives to help Millennial Chinese tourists, the most financially influential tourist group in the world, to better prepare before a trip and contribute more to valuable socio-cultural exchange with residents in major European urban tourism destinations.

JURY STATEMENT

I love this original idea! It creates an incentive to learn without requiring much change to existing user behavior. It reconnects society and bridges cultures, which is crucial since tourism is increasingly experienced as an inconvenience by inhabitants of popular destinations. The user scenario is thoroughly worked out. The challenge is to adapt to the new normal after COVID-19. I hope that this app will be used in many popular tourist destinations!
