Soft installed car docks for the iPod mini
TuneBase and TuneBase FM are soft installed car docks for the iPod mini. They charge the iPod, hold it in a convenient position to the user and integrate it with the car stereo via line out or FM transmission. They are universally compatible with any car that has a cigarette lighter adapter or power outlet. The power outlet is used as both, the power source and the structural hold of the TuneBases. A bendable gooseneck allows for easy positioning of the product in any car. iPod integration in the car remains a hot topic. It is offered standard in some cars. The majority of users, however, will have to make lasting changes to their cars in order to integrate their iPod with car. The TuneBase products were created to offer the integration and convenience of a hard installed solution without requiring invasive changes in the car.
