The design’s clear surfaces and color scheme follow TOSHIBA’s unified “Essential beauty” concept for electric household appliances. The electrostatic capacitive touch panel displays only indications needed for the current operation. The lean design deemphasizes elements other than “operation, loading, and unloading,” making the many functions easy to understand and use while harmonizing nicely with the installation location and home interior.
