Prefilled syringe

The UCB/OXO Cimzia® PFS prefilled syringe is the first ever syringe designed for patients with arthritis. It makes patients feel more in control and empowered during their self-injection, instead of reminding them of their illness. The nonslip finger grip allows the syringe to be held steadily; a finger loop enables easy cap removal and prevents accidental needle sticks; an oversized plunger rod and a large rubberized thumb pad aid pushing the plunger; the clear oval syringe barrel assists in needle placement and improves visibility. The redesigned syringe allows patients to exert an average of 48% more force than with a traditional syringe.
