This product is made from recycled flexible printed circuits, using high-flowability textile materials and melt blown processing technology, it is crafted into an ultra-thin 0.025mm PEI insulating paper. It boasts three core properties: flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, and electrical insulation, providing electrical insulation protection for electromechanical products. Leveraging the unique toughness of the fiber film, it achieves a high dielectric strength (78kV/mm at 0.05mm). It is cuttable, foldable, and die-cuttable, can be widely applied in substrates, antennas, drones, transformers, and motor insulation systems.
