Back to the basic functions of the kitchen: a place for hot and cold running water, for working and cooking, where the process of preparing surfaces and utensils and then making the food is ideally and ergonomically organized. UNIT comprises a basic module that can be taken apart and reassembled and expanded in many different combinations. The choice of materials and design have been geared to the requirements of private households: hygienic, ergonomic, outstanding technology, space-saving, easy-to-clean, easy-to-integrate and durable. UNIT adapts to the demands of modern living: in situations where the kitchen is no longer perceived in isolation but intended as part of the general living area, an eisfink airclean® system is used to draw off cooking fumes and airborne fat at source (this air circulation system is energy-saving and does not need to be mounted against the wall) – a technology that was previously only available for industrial kitchens.
