This project involved the renovation of a building that had previously been partitioned into multiple rental units. The designers began by demolishing redundant structures to create open layouts that allow the residents to interact freely. Open spaces are available for flexible usage. The designers focused on creating spatial dialogues within an open-concept pattern. The carefully planned layout without compartments allows for direct and unobstructed access between various areas.
