Urchwing comes from Urschwinge, the German translation of Archaeopteryxan, the oldest known fossil bird. The slim legs and the bending back of the chair are a simplified representation of Urschwinge’s wings and feathers. The easily detachable legs in different lengths make Urchwing suitable for users of all ages. Urchwing comes in four different designs: “Baby’s Seat for Eating”, “Child’s high chair”, “Low Stool” and “Baby Rocking Chair”. The seat is made of recyclable consolidated polypropylene. With seat and back that fit and support the sizes of both adults and babies, Urchwing aims to provide the best comfort for everyone.
