UV DCR
Health device
Reducing the spread of harmful bacteria is an essential aspect of public health. In many public places, such as swimming pools and gyms, the lockers used to store clothing become breeding grounds for bacteria and odors. "UV DCR" is a cabinet-type UV disinfection clothes rail designed to solve the problem of poor hygiene in public lockers. People hang their clothes in the locker and close the door. This activates a sensor and initiates the process of disinfecting the clothes using ultraviolet lamps. The ozone absorber also removes odors, so that the user returns to clean and fresh-smelling clothes.
This device, if it works, can be used in many places – private as well as public – to reduce the presence of bacteria, odors and micro-organisms in clothing and also to reduce the need to wash clothes. This latter effect would make it environmentally friendly as well.
