The new V-WERKS KATANA is the first Völkl freeski to grace the weight-optimized V-WERKS Edition line. The noted off-piste ski has an ultra-thin but extremely functional and stabile 3D-construction, all wrapped in a full carbon jacket. This innovative structure makes a pair of V-WERKS KATANAs roughly 1 kg lighter than the basic version. As benefits Völkl's “Perfect Setup” concept, the weight benefit allows for a complete redesign of the ski with a full rocker design that gives peerless dynamism and power on the snow. Selected as the ISPO AWARD PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2013.
