Leg orthosis

VACOped is the modern standard of care for injuries of the foot and ankle – the patient friendly alternative to a plaster cast. A vacuum cushion with thousands of small Styrofoam balls perfectly adapts itself to the shape of the injured leg. Stability is provided by the plastic frame system. The splint is attached quickly, and it can be readjusted as often as needed. The new VACOped generation has been optimized in terms of handling and fit with its design emphasizing the lightness. A ribbon structure, wrapped around the foot, supports visually and functionally. The design is saying: “Feel healthy even though you are ill.”
