The Value Monitor series is a patient monitor system targeted to the entry-level monitor market, in which complex environments may result in inefficient data reading, and stretched finances prevent upgrades. The Value Monitor series delivers ergonomic design with 10-degree upward view angle for use while transporting patients, which greatly improves the efficiency of reading data. The design strategy involved a clever reuse of elements such as handles and rear housings across the series of 10’’ 12’’ and 15’’ displayers. This greatly decreased the investment cost and shortened the overall development cycle of the platform.
