The Varal Armchair is a residential design piece that embraces Brazilian culture by encouraging the use of traditional weaving techniques in domestic environment and, consequently, supports and values of Brazilian craftsmanship. Conceived from the idea of using overlapping handmade rugs as a seat, the Varal Armchair invites the user to a cultural experience through Brazilian northeastern culture and its simple, yet cozy lifestyle.
