With the new VP 421 Vario Teppan Yaki, food can be griddle-cooked on the smooth hard-chromed metal surface, in the traditional Japanese manner. Precise temperature regulation is possible on two zones, with the option of using the whole area or just half. This means the food can be cooked and kept warm on one level at the same time, using a maximum power output of 2 x 1500 Watts. The two spatulas supplied can be used to turn flash-fried fish or vegetables and stir the sauce. The surface remains easy to clean throughout. The VP 421 Teppan Yaki, 38 cm wide, finished in stainless steel, and featuring professional-style knobs, can be combined with the other Vario appliances in the 400 series.
