Handling system

TMS Transport- und Montagesysteme GmbH

VARIOLIFT is a modular handling system to transport motors along an assembly line. The handling system runs on overhead ceiling rails. A vertical hoist is used to surmount junctions or obstacles along the transport route as well as raising the work piece to the optimum installation height. The rotating flange plate is used to position the work piece at a comfortable, ergonomic angle for processing. Physical strain caused by hard to reach installation points is minimized. VARIOLIFT modules can be combined into production lines of any desired length.
