Packaging for large concrete drills

rose plastic

New two piece product line for packaging and displaying heavyweight professional concrete drills. The product family is comprising diameters 20 mm up to 55 mm and all important lengths. High value for a second life cycle in a rough environment on the construction site. New: a bayonet-style closure on two sides holds heavy tools securely in place. A flexible bellow in the top portion is forcing the tool into a geometry designed to center the tool within the package and holding it in place, i.e. protecting the different adapters and cutting heads from being damaged. No damaged tubes caused by moving tool (inside). No unintended opening. Automatic packaging is intended. A sturdy hanger is integral part of the design. Content is visible thanks to transparency of at least one part of the tube.
