Modern design, optimized technology with significantly lower energy consumption and automatic control ensuring consistent meal quality are the new features of the device. The integrated fixing frame with gastronorm size 1 / 1 now enables safe table-top use. The device is ideally combined with the first “GN cooking pot thermoplates”. The range includes a Ceran cooking unit, induction cooking unit, surface grill and hot-holding unit. varithek 2.0 is compatible with all Gastro and front cooking systems on the market.
