Vida - More than a bag

An aging population is increasingly requiring ostomies, with colostomies being the most common. Many individuals face physical and emotional challenges during the adjustment period, such as leaks and the balloon effect. A lack of social awareness leads to stigma, complicating adaptation. Vida offers a two-piece closed colostomy bag designed to alleviate fears, insecurities, and common complications for these patients.
This innovative design helps elderly individuals manage their stoma more effectively. It serves as a reminder that design thinking must prioritize the user.
