BytedanceThere are approximately 17 million visually impaired individuals in China, many of whom have a strong desire to travel. But only about 15% of them travel once a week. Since 83% of human perception is visual, visually impaired miss out on the beauty of landscapes during their travels. This project revolutionizes how visually impaired individuals explore landmarks. Using the "location-based + image recognition" technology, this enables users to engage their hearing, touch, and smell to experience the environment. These innovations compensate for the loss of visual information, enhancing their ability to fully experience their surroundings
