The Vodafone Router is a highspeed network gateway that delivers the speed of fiber internet to people’s homes. The charismatic and minimalistic design is a new take on Vodafone’s distinctive industrial design language. Its aim is to better blend into people’s homes by using references to interior and furniture design. In addition, the clean, iconic body and dynamic racetrack shape at the device’s top, which hides the silent convectional venting, make this design unique and brand-specific. Unobtrusive LEDs, clean surfaces, and hidden venting create a calm and silent character that represents the service, not the performance.
