Brand museum

voestalpine World of Steel of the Austrian steel corporation voestalpine is a brand museum with an exhibition plot leading from the experience of steel to knowledge about its processing up to the voestalpine group. The experience is enjoyed in a “crucible”, in which 80 chrome-plated steel spheres, having a diameter of up to 2.5 m, are arranged according to the molecular structure of iron, enveloped by a 700 m² LED mantle. In the tower section of the building, the emphasis is on knowledge: a vertical conveyor belt runs through the different levels, transporting steel exhibits that illustrate the value creation chain of the material.
