Design clearly communicates functionality in the Voice Tracer DVT 2500 which exceeds expectations through its use of components and materials new to the voice recorder arena. A simple shape, precise contours and soft rounded surfaces ensure comfortable ergonomic use. The compact volume is divided horizontally in convex surfaces highlighting functional areas like microphone, display and buttons. The dark, matte housing contrasts with the metallic surfaces of the microphone and controls, creating a unique, quality appearance. A built in light sensor alters the background illumination to extend battery life, minimizing power consumption.
