The Philips VOIP251 is a corded DECT phone that allows the user to make free or low-cost calls using Skype anywhere in the world. Just plug the cable into the USB port on your laptop (connected to the internet) and make your calls. The keypad differentiates the product from traditional phones, focusing on navigation keys instead of numbers. This facilitates access to contacts on the users Skype buddy list. Simply pressing the navigation key allows the user to retrieve all the contacts and view them on the phone screen. Installation only requires two clicks of the mouse.
