The 15-year partnership between the cities of Düsseldorf and Moscow has resulted in a variety of relationships: Political, economic, cultural and above all human. Recognizing and documenting these relationships is the purpose of this publication. The content comes full circle, beginning and ending with the protagonists Heine and Puschkin. In the spectrum between point and plane, the circle is a constant design element. Dot matrices are used to link various elements while circular areas become imaging media.
