The VPL-CX20/CS20 are data projectors that are light enough to be easily portable. The designer used an advanced integral molding technology for aluminum and hard resin for the body. The rounded casing is an ingenious device that enables a smooth position change from flat to raised for projecting data, and also helps the main unit fit snugly in the hand. The casing aluminum has a hairline finish and conveys a sense of rigidity and quality. The outlet port and operating parts are blacked out to contrast with the aluminum parts, giving the overall design a clean look. A structural design that efficiently cools the lamp while maintaining a compact cabinet reduces fan noise. And the outlet port has a simple structure that minimizes irregularities whether viewed from the side or the back. The operating panel area is simple and easy to understand.
