W-Collection offers a seamless experience for using a range of kitchen appliances. All appliances in this suite share the same hardware and software architecture. The IoT assistant lets users customize the appliance UI through a download of various user scenario cycles. The idea is to provide a light interface coupled with powerful backstage service. The W Collection UI features favorite everyday consumer scenarios, providing access guides across appliances so that consumers can easily interact with the device based on their lifestyle habits. The online scenario cycles database was developed using data from consumer case studies.
