Waiting for Alice

Exhibition installation

Alice followed a rabbit down a hollow tree when she began her amazing journey to Wonderland … That hollow tree symbolizes transcending the real world and opening a secret door to a world of boundless childish imagination. The design based on the concept is to create a magical tree house full of imagination. Every child can experience this world with unlimited imagination as "Alice in wonderland." This paper house was designed and customized by children to create space to inspire the imagination and raise the consciousness for environmental care. With this hollowed structure, kids create their own hollow holes with friends and imaginations and peek in through gaps to see this constantly changing world in their own way or look up at sky to dream their future.
