The design task is a part of the Nantou Ancient City Regeneration Project. Hidden in a modern metropolis, Nantou Ancient Town has nine main streets and nearly 100 lanes with a history going back hundreds of years. It will be revitalized into a center of design, cultural trends and retail business. This forgotten city has piqued people’s curiosity to explore what it conceals in its centuries of history. The city requires an excellent signage system to help tourists enjoy their travel experience, yet not get lost along the way.
