Tea Set

The “WELL” series consists of a stainless steel set of teapot, teapot warmer, creamer, sugar bowl and serving tray plus a porcelain set of cup and saucer. The teapot, the source of tea in tea serving, is in a way similar to the traditional well, a source of water. It is the shape and function of the well that inspires the design. The whole series is interpreted in plain and geometrical lines combined with simple design elements. The sharp edges and the tapering form are characteristics of the series and one will appreciate the effort put in the manufacturing process. The cup, unlike conventional cups in western tea serving sets, is handle free, typical of Chinese teacups, thus lending a China touch to the series.
