The exhibition "Longing and Fall" presented the video works of Isaac Julien, Bianca Kennedy, Masbedo, Hans Op de Beeck, Erik Schmidt, and Alexandra Ranner in one-to-three-channel installations. The Wemhöner Collection aims to make video art accessible to a broad audience. To that end, this catalog presents the stories of burning desire and the most painful failure, retold as flipbooks. Supplemented audio descriptions appear like scrolling text in the film credits. The book slipcase mimics a VHS videocassette.
