The FIFA Worldcup 2006 provides the best environment to get to know online sports betting (target group: men between 25 and 45). Though everyone picks up the same theme: Soccer ! So, we had to come up with a striking, different solution to promote the “Unibet” betting service. Our idea: Girls which represent one country which you can therefore bet to win. As a reward for joining the bet, you were even able to make the girls wet. The success story: This microsite wasn’t promoted at all and within 4 weeks we had over 3 million unique visitors.
