Whirlpool made a splash at Milan Design Week with an extraordinary new art installation called the 'Synesthetic Swirl', designed by the multi-awarded French Architect Odile Decq, to promote design, sustainability, technology and well-being. The installation was created as part of Whirlpool’s partnership with iconic Italian design magazine’s INTERNI as the role of co-producer of the INTERNI DESIGN RE-EVOLUTION exhibition at FuoriSalone. The work’s combination of design and materials - including a creative sculptural use of the product produced a powerful centre point to the exhibition, giving visitors a sensory journey into well-being.
